形態特徵

• Stems slender, 6–14 cm tall, puberulent.
• Radical leaves dried at flowering time; cauline leaves oblong, 2–4.5×1–2 cm, apex acute, base truncate to cuneate, pinnatifid to pinnatilobed, segments often deltoid, sometimes oblong, densely puberulous on both surfaces; petiole 1–2.5 cm long; upper leaves smaller, becoming linear bracts below heads.
• Heads 1–3, ca. 6 mm across, pedunculate, bracts linear. Involucre tubular, ca. 8.5 mm long, 4 mm across, bracts 4-seriate, imbricate, outer ones ovate, acuminate, median ones oblong, innermost ones linear. Receptacle flat, sparsely setose. Florets 5, corolla 9 mm long, tube narrow, 4.5 mm long, lobes linear, 4 mm long. Base of anthers sagittate.
• Achenes cylindric, 3.5×1 mm, apex truncate. Pappus bristles in 2 series, outer ones linear, deciduous, inner ones 7.5 mm long, equal.

• 台灣 : known only from the type locality, on sunny rocky slope and in semi-shaded Abies forest, 3,500 m, rare.
